Tournament Fees

Follow these steps to ensure your team is ready for the Boston Beantown Classic:

 

1. Register your Team Name through the NAGVA website (log in and click on the MyNAGVA link).
2. Pay the Team Registration Fee shown below.^*
3. Register your Players through the NAGVA website.^**
4. Ensure your players have paid their 2011 NAGVA registration fees.

 

^* Please be aware that steps #1 and #2 above must be completed before a team may be confirmed or waitlisted on the NAGVA website. Priority will be given to those teams that complete these steps.

 

^** If you are looking for another player for your team, or if you would like to play on a team, please visit the Match Maker link on the NAGVA website.

 

Team Registration Fees^*

• Paid by 8/1/2010: $490 -- Early Bird Team Fee
• Paid by 8/22/2010: $560 -- Regular Team Fee
• Received by 8/29/2010: $630 -- Late Team Fee
• Additional Players: $70 / each

 

The A division has reached capacity! Captains for A division teams may choose to pay the tournament fee and be waitlisted. Teams that pay will be placed in queue and offered a space in this division should another team withdraw or should additional space become available.

 

The BB division has reached capacity! Captains for BB division teams may choose to pay the tournament fee and be waitlisted. Teams that pay will be placed in queue and offered a space in this division should another team withdraw or should additional space become available.

 

The B division has reached capacity! Captains for B division teams may choose to pay the tournament fee and be waitlisted. Teams that pay will be placed in queue and offered a space in this division should another team withdraw or should additional space become available.

 

 

^*Refund Policy: Upon request, teams will receive a refund of their team fee less any processing charges from PayPal. Refund requests will only be accepted from the individual who paid the BBC tournament fee. No refunds after August 29, 2010.

 

As part of the registration fee, each player will become a "Visiting Member" of CBVA. This entitles the participant to play in the BBC and other tournaments hosted by CBVA during the membership year. For full membership in CBVA please see the membership page at www.cbvolleyball.net.
